Who we are
This website is operated by WS Corporate, Kaza Cola Division ("Kaza", "we", "us"), The Prime Offices (1st Floor), Bechara El Khoury Boulevard, facing Saraya, Tripoli, Lebanon. You can reach us at [email protected] or +961 81 122 202.
What we collect
- When you use our distributor or contact form: your first and last name, phone number, email address, country, the type of inquiry, your estimated order volume and any message you choose to write.
- When you message us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone: your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
- When you browse: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and protect the website. The site also keeps a few small items in your browser, explained under Cookies and browser storage below.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to keep. Our website platform also uses your browser's local storage, which does the same job, and we treat both the same way. When you first visit, a banner asks what you allow. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Always set:
- __cf_bm (cookie, 30 minutes): set by Cloudflare, the security service in front of our website platform and its image server, to filter out automated abuse.
- cc_cookie (cookie, 6 months): remembers the choice you made in our cookie banner.
- A visit identifier (browser storage, ends after 30 minutes without activity): set by our website platform on every visit to group the pages you view. We cannot switch it off.
Only if you choose "Accept all":
- msgsndr_id (cookie, 12 months): an identifier our website platform gives your browser so it can recognise a returning visitor.
- Visit history (browser storage, kept until you clear it): the page that sent you to us, any campaign tag in the link, and the pages you viewed.
If you choose "Reject all", we block these two and delete them if they were already written. The platform can write them for a moment while the page first loads, before our banner is ready; our code removes them straight away.
We do not use advertising cookies, Google Analytics, a Facebook pixel or any other third-party tracker. The page loads its animation code from jsDelivr, a public code-delivery network, which sees your IP address like any website you visit but sets no cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details only to answer your inquiry, to assess distributor, retail and wholesale applications, to arrange supply and to keep a record of our business relationship with you. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We store inquiries in a customer relationship management (CRM) system run by a service provider that processes the data on our behalf and under our instructions. We may also share details with our appointed distributors in your area, only where that is needed to serve your request. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Write to [email protected]. We handle personal data in line with Lebanese Law No. 81 of 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
